This is to let you all know that, in the spirit in which the IrishSpace Project was built, we are providing a ZIP file of a fully operational, complete version of "The Voyage of the Jeanie Johnston II: Outward from Earth" for download to run locally on your hard drive. It has always been the feeling of the sponsor of the project (John Griffin of the Kerry County Museum in Tralee) that this should be available for children (and adults) worldwide. The ZIP file is located at: http://ovrt.nist.gov/voyage/voyage.zip Please keep in mind that the production's copyright is held by the Kerry County Museum, and that individual rights are retained by the artists who created the individual elements. The version in the ZIP is the same version (with Emblaze Audio files, and tweaked specifically for CosmoPlayer 2.1) which plays on the NIST server at: http://ovrt.nist.gov/voyage/ ---------------------------------------- In further news about IrishSpace, there is now a version tweaked for blaxxun Contact installed in the Cybertown Suburbs. This version can be perused in a less linear fashion, as all the nodes are available separately from displays in the central hall on the moon. If you like non-linear storytelling, this version jumps you into it in medias res, and of course also provides a multi-user gathering place to meet and talk about it.
